BOOTCAMP W/ Rich The CHAMPMAKER Massa

WOW! Bootcamp W/ Rich The Champmaker Massa If you have never tried a Boot Camp before all I have to ask you is WHY NOT? If you are on the road to 'getting and living healthy and fit' then boot camps are a way to GET THERE. This morning I had the opportunity to experience Rich Massa's boot camp at Sylvan Lake Park in Sanford, Florida, hence the nice sunny weather in the video, and it was AWESOME! Rich has been in fitness for many, many years with a ton of accomplishments. He has been there and done it in FITNESS and you KNOW it after observing and listening to his information and motivation for just a few minutes.

Benefits of a boot camp:

First, all boot camps are a GREAT way to burn lots of calories in a class setting in a short period of time.  Lots of other folks putting themselves through the torture with you and that makes it very SOCIAL and FUN! There are so many studies out there proving that when we exercise with others we are SO much more likely to stick with it. We can all moan and groan together just like we did this morning 🙂 And the classes are usually an hour long. Not too long - just long enough.

Second, with Rich leading you, if your a local person, you will have the opportunity to work with someone who really understands the needs of his clients on their road to getting and living healthy and fit. It is a MUST to move our bodies but Rich goes the extra mile and spends and extra 10 minutes with his folks really educating them on what WORKS and what doesn't. Rich helps them understand about supplements, healthy eating, goal setting and sets them up with a winning mindset. If your a regular follower of mine (reader/watcher) YOU know how much I harp on the mindset and the BELIEVE to ACHIEVE motto. So, so, so very important.

Lastly in ALL boot camps you do some weight training. The benefits of weight training are HUGE. So for someone who does NOT know how to weight train and wants to fit it in then a boot camp would be a GREAT way to do that. So make sure to check out your local clubs and find out if you have a boot camp in your area and if you are local - check out Rich's Boot Camp.     • Ann, bootcamps are a great way to get in shape and lots of fun participating with other folks. Give it a try sometime 🙂

    • You need 21 days to make a habit or to change a bad one.Boot camp 5 days will give you great start and you will need the foollw through.I do not believe that you will get much from just a camp. You need to prepare yourself mentally and that after you8 will need to stay on the top of your life.In Hong Kong we do offer a slimming and LifeStyle change program.
