I know that many of us often feel the need to have something that is a desert or sweet but most of us also know that sugar and processed deserts and snacks are not so good for our health so these 5 Favorite Healthy Snacks can fit that craving or that want and in a healthy way.
Of course, with all my recipes that I post weekly for Recipe FRIDAY, I always look for those recipes that are EASY, simple as in few ingredients, quick and delicious. Yes, every Friday I post a new recipe that I have made for my family that has healthy ingredients so that we can discover some alternatives to some of the more unhealthy meals and snacks at the grocery store.
