Changes are coming to this site with my 30 day blogging challenge.
It's time to shake things up here and change things about. I have been blogging for about a year and 1/2 and through out this time period I have had INCREDIBLE obstacles and personal challenges too. And yes I still got into great shape too but ...
It just never seems to get easier and to do anything well whether getting healthy and fit, staying healthy and fit or becoming a profitable and well read blog, it takes TIME and FOCUS and CONSISTENCY.
So what better way to pick up the pace and get more focused that by joining a CHALLENGE. Yep I have joined a 30 Day Blog Post Challenge and I am excited about it. This is a first for me with this blogging stuff.
This is going to take FOCUS and TIME and CONSISTENCY.
Yep all the things necessary for ANYONE to gain success at whatever they are striving for.
So expect some changes over this next month with my blogs.
I will be posting almost EVERYDAY so you can be sure my posts will be SHORTER. YAY lol
Also, I am going to focus this next 30 days on the ups and downs of getting healthy and fit. YEP my personal ups and downs with living this lifestyle. Whether I am writing about my probs eating healthy or fitting in the times to workout with a busy schedule or writing about my family or my business or .... YOU NAME IT.
So this blog site is going to change from the informative and educational site it currently is to a more personal and informative site for the next 30 days.
Yes I do have my NEXT LEVEL CLUB group and everything with that group will stay the same. They, that group is currently ON A ROLL and I want to be ON A ROLL with this blogging soon too.
I want things to start to click and I want my readers to be able to RELATE and LEARN and be involved with how folks get and live healthy and fit from my personal perspective.
