I think one of the hardest parts of getting healthy and fit is being accountable and having someone or something REMIND us of whatever it is that we are trying to focus our attention on changing every day.

A daily focus and a DAILY reminder would really come in handy for me and probably you too.

This Daily Accountability Site askmeevery keeps you accountable via texts or email daily on ANYTHING you are looking to focus on. Like how much water did you drink today? Or how much sleep did you get? Maybe what are you grateful for today?
ANYTHING you want to be reminded of to spend a minute thinking about/focusing on TODAY and it even lets you decide when you will get that text or email. GREAT SITE and great idea. LOVE IT!

For me, this week, I am going to focus on having one meal replacement shake per day in place of a snack or meal.

WHY am I focusing on this and not something else like eating healthy meals?

Well I have a problem in that I tend to really LIKE food and so I also tend to eat too much per sitting and really even if it is healthy food, if I am eating too much then I won't be shrinking my fat cells like I am looking to do over this next 8 weeks with my Next Level Club.

Eating healthy food choices is under control so this week's focus is on HOW MUCH I am eating a day. As in total calories, hence SHAKE for one meal so I am controlling total calories for day πŸ™‚

At end of this week I will measure my success in what I've done and either add another Meal Replacement Shake for another meal/snack or stick to what I did this week. AND TRACK IT VIA THIS SITE!!

Gotta measure what you are doing.

  4. I too like food… I know I know… Eat less exercise more.. .It’s all on the plan…My weakness is pizza… chips and crisps..I am not as bad as once was..I would eat a 12 pack of crisps in an hour.. CARB overload then I would crash and burn for 2 hours then awake again and I could do it again…

    I am going to take action soon and do something about it soon. Exercise…diet control and less food has to be a winner…right?

  5. This accountability tool sounds like an awesome way to stay on track, like a nagging best friend. And I understand a love of food, but I’ve found so many alternatives to the crappy food. I recently baked brownies made out of black beans and medjool dates. Have you ever tried black bean brownies? They have plenty of protein. πŸ™‚
