Great Accountability Site to Check out!
I think one of the hardest parts of getting healthy and fit is being accountable and having someone or something REMIND us of whatever it is that we are trying to focus our attention on changing every day.
A daily focus and a DAILY reminder would really come in handy for me and probably you too.
This Daily Accountability Site askmeevery keeps you accountable via texts or email daily on ANYTHING you are looking to focus on. Like how much water did you drink today? Or how much sleep did you get? Maybe what are you grateful for today?
ANYTHING you want to be reminded of to spend a minute thinking about/focusing on TODAY and it even lets you decide when you will get that text or email. GREAT SITE and great idea. LOVE IT!
For me, this week, I am going to focus on having one meal replacement shake per day in place of a snack or meal.
WHY am I focusing on this and not something else like eating healthy meals?
Well I have a problem in that I tend to really LIKE food and so I also tend to eat too much per sitting and really even if it is healthy food, if I am eating too much then I won't be shrinking my fat cells like I am looking to do over this next 8 weeks with my Next Level Club.
Eating healthy food choices is under control so this week's focus is on HOW MUCH I am eating a day. As in total calories, hence SHAKE for one meal so I am controlling total calories for day 🙂
At end of this week I will measure my success in what I've done and either add another Meal Replacement Shake for another meal/snack or stick to what I did this week. AND TRACK IT VIA THIS SITE!!
Gotta measure what you are doing.
