Exercise the discipline muscle
So often when folks fail to follow through with their plans or goals it is due to lack of using their discipline muscle.
YES discipline is a muscle and like all muscles you use it or lose it.
If you are wondering how to strengthen your discipline muscle the number one way that works is pretty simple.
Are you ready for it?
PRACTICE using your discipline muscle. YES that is the answer.
Practice, practice and practice some more.
So an example of you strengthening your discipline muscle will have you practice saying I'm choosing not to eat this right now as it is not going to bring me closer to my health and fitness goals.
Another way you can practice your discipline muscle it to say YES to exercise.
See, so you are now practicing DAILY strengthening your discipline muscle by choosing healthier foods that help you towards attaining your health and fitness goals.
Also starting to weight train and exercise regularly EVEN WHEN YOU DO NOT WANT TO but you keep on keeping on through perseverance and using your discipline muscle.
The biggest secret of this is,
THE MORE YOU USE YOUR DISCIPLINE MUSCLE regardless of how you FEEL and follow through with your plans NO MATTER WHAT, the easier it gets.
Everything is hard till it is easy.
With regular persistent practice of your discipline muscle you will get stronger, fitter and healthier. As an added bonus you will become more confident in yourself and your abilities because you will actually be achieving your goals and working your plans.
Nothing better than that.
