I don't know about you but I LOVE ice cream and if I can make a healthy, easy and delicious ice cream in just 5 minutes, I am there and with today's Home Made Blueberry Ice Cream that is exactly what I did.
Today is another WINNING recipe to add to our growing list of healthy, easy and delish recipes that we will make and eat now and into the future.

Here is the Recipe straight from Facebook:
Seriously Delicious! Dairy free, Soy free and super healthy!
2 bananas frozen in small chunks
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup cashews
1/2 inch ginger root peeled
4-5 tbsp.almond milk unsweetened
1 tsp. lemon juice
Use a high powered blender like the vita mix and keep on blending and using the tamper tool to push down on the ingredients. You can also stop the blender and use a spoon to move the ingredients around. This may take 5 minutes but soon it will be creamy and delicious and taste like gourmet ice cream. I promise!
