Oatmeal Cinnamon Protein Cake

So I was looking for a recipe that consisted of oatmeal and vanilla whey protein and  found this one.

YAY!  Not only was this recipe EASY but I also had ALL the ingredients already in the house so no shopping necessary. Maybe you already have all the ingredients too 🙂

If you've been reading this blog for any length of time, you know I post EASY, Healthy and delicious recipes every week that consist of recognizable ingredients and a process that is quick and easy.

In making this recipe, it fit all my criteria and I can imagine myself making it often as it tasted great, was quick and easy and I generally have the ingredients available without having to make extra trips to the store. ALL POSITIVE THINGS that will help me make this recipe often.

Here is your easy, tasty and healthy recipe:

Oatmeal Cinnamon Protein Cake


  • 6 packs Stevia
  • 2 Scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1-1/2 cups ground oats
  • 1 Tbs baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 Tbs plain Greek yogurt
  • and topped it off with 2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp powdered Stevia mixed together.


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and whisk together! 
  3. Sprinkle the extra cinnamon and Stevia over the top of the batter.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes in a pan coated with oil spray

I love trying new HEALTHY RECIPES weekly and in the process finding new ways to eat healthy. in my top picture I put plain Greek Yogurt on and topped it off with blueberries. In bottom I just topped it off with mixed berries and I have to tell you, I like just the mixed berries on top the best.
