So I am scrolling FACEBOOK and see these delicious Chocolate, Pumpkin, Protein and Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies post with recipe attached and immediately shared so I would have the recipe to try later. Sound familiar?
Now that school is out for summer I am back to blogging regularly. A BIG part of that blogging is sharing healthy, easy and QUICK recipes that are delicious and that anyone can make.

YES I firmly believe if you can find FOODS that you LIKE/LOVE to eat and you actually anticipate eating those foods and they are easy to make, healthy for you and high in nutrition and low in calories ... well that is the KEY to getting you healthy and fit and more importantly, KEEPING you healthy and fit.
ANYONE can lose weight. A monkey can lose weight from starving or reducing calories down to next to nothing. What has to be understood here is that you want to lose body-fat in a healthy manner and then you want to continue to live, YES LIVE, staying healthy and fit.
As incredible as it might seem to you, YES YOU CAN eat great tasting, easy to make and good for you foods and get into awesome fitness. You DO NOT have to starve. You can enjoy living your life. It's not a restricted lifestyle like many of you think.
You DO NOT have to choke down celery sticks or shakes to get and live healthy and fit.
However, you will need to get curious and want to TRY NEW THINGS.
Because, if you accept this challenge, then you will be spending some time shopping, cooking and EXPERIMENTING with all kinds of recipes. Some will be duds and some will be winners.
Because things gotta change for your health and fitness to change.
When you find the WINNING recipes then they can become a regular weekly meal for you and your family.

I am literally just copying and pasting from Nicole's facebook page as this was posted right on facebook under a delish picture.
Here is is:
2 cups oat flour
¼ cup unsweetened baking cocoa powder
2 scoops chocolate whey protein
3 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
¼ cup egg whites
1 28 oz can pure pumpkin, raw
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup natural peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9×13 baking pan with nonstick spray or rub with coconut oil.
Combine all ingredients (except peanut butter) and mix well.
Spread the batter evenly in the dish.
Warm peanut butter slightly and drop by spoonfuls on brownie mixture.
With a knife, swirl peanut butter throughout the brownie batter.
Place in the oven and bake for 30 -35 minutes, or until done.
Makes 10 bars ~ per bar ~ 212 Calories, 19gr Carbs, 10gr Fat, 14gr Protein, 3gr Sugar, 4gr Fiber

Took about 40 minutes to make of which 35 of those minutes the brownies were cooking.
So it's a nice easy, quick and delish recipe that ANYONE can make.
I really liked these. They do taste HEALTHY and the next time I make them I will probably add some stevia (my daughter's recommendation lol).
