Today's Recipe FRIDAY is Healthy Pumpkin Muffins because it is October 'the month of the pumpkin'. Thinking I just might post healthy pumpkin recipes for as long as I can get away with hmmm. We'll see, but for today we have an EASY, healthy and quick recipe that you can make for snacks or for breakfast for the week ahead.
I have to tell you I JUST LOVE WHEN I have all the ingredients on hand and when I can just throw all the ingredients into the blender and that's it lol. I'm sure you do too 🙂
OK here are my pics of the process:
The ingredient that I forgot to put in the ingredients pic is Chocolate Protein Powder uhhohhh. So be sure to make sure you have that on hand for making this recipe.
The tough 😉 process of making the muffins....
The finished products:
ALL I can say is INCREDIBLE and MOIST Healthy Pumpkin Muffins... yes very, very moist. Can taste the nuts I put in (almonds, cashews and pecans) which are optional but I've already chowed down 2 in like 4 gulps and now I must move them away from me lol
I found this recipe at DashingDish and I recommend you head over there and get that recipe and MAKE THESE TODAY. Great site and worth checking out for more healthy, easy recipes to try.
Please be sure to stop back here and let me know if you tried this recipe yourself and what you thought about how it turned out. Like did you like it? Did your family like it? Was it easy enough for you?
Yeah, those kinds of things. I think if you like these ingredients you will love these muffins and they could very well become a regular snack or breakfast in your household.
Thanks for stopping by and supporting this blog site.
